Conveyancing and Law of Property (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1884 .

These regulations may be cited as the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Fees) Regulations 1999 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 5 amended (Expiry)
Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "31 March 2001" and substituting "31 December 2001".

These regulations amend the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Fees) Regulations 1999 by extending the expiry date of those regulations from 31 March 2001 to 31 December 2001.
