Public Health (Exemption) Amendment Order 2001
I make the following order under section 187 of the Public Health Act 1997 .

This order may be cited as the Public Health (Exemption) Amendment Order 2001 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Public Health (Exemption) Order 2000 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Clause 4 revoked
Clause 4 of the Principal Order is revoked.
5. Clause 6 revoked
Clause 6 of the Principal Order is revoked.

This order amends the Public Health (Exemption) Order 2000 by revoking certain exemptions from section 75 of the Public Health Act 1997 .
