Cremation Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2000
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Cremation Act 1934 .

These regulations may be cited as the Cremation Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2000 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Cremation Regulations 1999 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 33 amended (Expiry)
Regulation 33 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "31 December 2000" and substituting "30 June 2001".

These regulations are administered by the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

These regulations extend the operation of the Cremation Regulations 1999 from 31 December 2000 to 30 June 2001.
