Marine and Safety (Appliances and Equipment) Rescission Regulations 2000
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Marine and Safety Authority Act 1997 .

These regulations may be cited as the Marine and Safety (Appliances and Equipment) Rescission Regulations 2000 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
The Marine and Safety (Appliances and Equipment) Regulations 1997 (S.R. 1997, No. 106) are rescinded.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 20 December 2000
These regulations are administered in the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.
