Proclamation under the Trade Measurement (Tasmania) Administration Act 1999
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Trade Measurement (Tasmania) Administration Act 1999 fix 1 December 2000 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than section 18, commence.
