Co-operative Housing Societies Amendment Regulations 2000
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Co-operative Housing Societies Act 1963 .

These regulations may be cited as the Co-operative Housing Societies Amendment Regulations 2000 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Co-operative Housing Societies Regulations 1998 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 24 amended (Expiry of regulations)
Regulation 24 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "31 December 2000" and substituting "31 December 2004".

These regulations amend the Co-operative Housing Societies Regulations 1998 (S.R. 1998, No. 178) by extending the expiry of those regulations from 31 December 2000 to 31 December 2004.
