Registration of Deeds Amendment (Fees) Regulations (No. 2) 2000
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Registration of Deeds Act 1935 .

These regulations may be cited as the Registration of Deeds Amendment (Fees) Regulations (No. 2) 2000 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Registration of Deeds Regulations 1976 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 14 amended (Fees)
Regulation 14(3) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "30 September 2000" and substituting "31 March 2001".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations extend the life of the existing Schedule of fees in the Registration of Deeds Regulations 1976 from 30 September 2000 to 31 March 2001.
