Mineral Resources Development Revocation Order 2000
I make the following order under section 5(4) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .

This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development Revocation Order 2000 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 1998 is revoked.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 13 September 2000
This order is administered in the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.
EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order)
This order revokes the Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 1998 that exempted a specified area of land in the land districts of Cumberland, Somerset, Monmouth, Pembroke, Arthur, Buckingham and Kent from the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 in respect of sand.
