TT-Line Gaming Amendment Regulations 2000
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the TT-Line Gaming Act 1993 .

These regulations may be cited as the TT-Line Gaming Amendment Regulations 2000 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the National Taxation Reform (Commonwealth-State Relations) Miscellaneous Amendments Act 2000 commences.
In these regulations, the TT-Line Gaming Regulations 1993 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 5 rescinded
Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is rescinded.

These regulations amend the TT-Line Gaming Regulations 1993 (S.R. 1993, No. 239) by omitting the percentage prescribed for the purposes of section 24 of the TT-Line Gaming Act 1993 .
