Inland Fisheries (Recreational Fishing) Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2000
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 .

These regulations may be cited as the Inland Fisheries (Recreational Fishing) Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2000 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Inland Fisheries (Recreational Fishing) Regulations 1999 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 3 amended (Fees)
Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by omitting paragraph (a) from item 1 and substituting the following:
(a) a person who is 18 years of age or more and is not an eligible pensioner

(b) by omitting paragraph (b) from item 1 and substituting the following:
(b) a person who is in receipt of a card entitled a Seniors Card that is approved by the Commission

(c) by omitting paragraph (c) from item 1 and substituting the following:
(c) an eligible pensioner

(d) by omitting paragraph (d) from item 1 and substituting the following:
(d) a person who is at least 14 years of age and under 18 years of age

(e) by omitting paragraph (e) from item 1 and substituting the following:
(e) one day for a person who is at least 14 years of age
15
(f) by omitting paragraph (f) from item 1 and substituting the following:
(f) 3 consecutive days for a person who is 18 years of age or more

(g) by omitting paragraph (g) from item 1 and substituting the following:
(g) 14 consecutive days for a person who is 18 years of age or more
