First Home Owner Grant Regulations 2000
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the First Home Owner Grant Act 2000 .

These regulations may be cited as the First Home Owner Grant Regulations 2000 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the First Home Owner Grant Act 2000 commences.
In these regulations,Act means the First Home Owner Grant Act 2000 .
4. Exclusion from application of section 15 of Act
If, pursuant to section 5(4) of the Act, the Commissioner has recognised a non-conforming interest in land as a relevant interest in the land, the holder of a relevant interest in that land (other than the holder of the non-conforming interest) is excluded from the application of section 15 of the Act.
