Electricity Industry Safety and Administration Amendment Regulations 2000
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Electricity Industry Safety and Administration Act 1997 .

These regulations may be cited as the Electricity Industry Safety and Administration Amendment Regulations 2000 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Electricity Industry Safety and Administration Regulations 1999 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 21 amended (Expiry)
Regulation 21 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "30 June 2000" and substituting "31 October 2000".

These regulations are administered in the Department Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.

These regulations extend the operation of the Electricity Industry Safety and Administration Regulations 1999 until 31 October 2000.
