Traffic (Public Vehicles) (Rescission) Regulations 2000
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Traffic Act 1925 .

These regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Public Vehicles) (Rescission) Regulations 2000 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Passenger Transport Act 1997 commences.
The Traffic (Public Vehicles) Regulations 1967 are rescinded.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 21 June 2000
These regulations are administered in the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.

These regulations rescind the Traffic (Public Vehicles) Regulations 1967 which have been rendered obsolete by the public vehicle reforms effected by the Passenger Transport Act 1997 and related legislation.
