Proclamation under the Passenger Transport Act 1997
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Passenger Transport Act 1997 fix 26 June 2000 as the day on which that Act commences.
