Ombudsman Order 1999
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under the Ombudsman Act 1978 .

This order may be cited as the Ombudsman Order 1999 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Ombudsman Act 1978 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Government Departments and Other Authorities to which this Act applies)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended as follows:(a) by omitting from item 2(b) "a controlling authority" and substituting "a single authority, controlling authority";(b) by omitting item 4 ;(c) by omitting from item 5 "Board" and substituting "Tribunal";(d) by omitting item 6 and substituting the following item:6.
