Marine and Safety (Emergency Procedures) Amendment Regulations 1999
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Marine and Safety Authority Act 1997 .

These regulations may be cited as the Marine and Safety (Emergency Procedures) Amendment Regulations 1999 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Marine and Safety (Emergency Procedures) Regulations 1997 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 32 amended (Expiry)
Regulation 32 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "31 December 1999" and substituting "31 December 2000".

These regulations are administered by Marine and Safety Tasmania.
