Proclamation under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1998
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1998 fix 10 December 1999 as the day on which that Act commences.
