Strata Titles (Interim Fees) Regulations 1999
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Strata Titles Act 1998 .

These regulations may be cited as the Strata Titles (Interim Fees) Regulations 1999 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Strata Titles (Fees) Regulations 1998 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 5 amended (Expiry)
Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "18 months after they" and substituting "immediately before the Strata Titles (Fees) Regulations 1999 ".
