Pharmacy Notice 1999
The Pharmacy Board of Tasmania makes the following notice under section 36(2) of the Pharmacy Act 1908 .
This notice may be cited as the Pharmacy Notice 1999 .
This notice takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The fees set out in Schedule II to the Pharmacy Act 1908 in respect of -(a) the issue of any annual certificate of registration to any pharmaceutical chemist is increased from $145 to $165; and(b) an application for registration or renewal of registration of a pharmacy under section 30B of the Pharmacy Act 1908 is increased from $145 to $200; and(c) the issue of every certificate of identity is increased from $30 to $50; and(d) the inspection of pharmacy services is increased from $75 to $100.
This notice was made by the Pharmacy Board of Tasmania at a meeting held on 13 October 1999.

This notice increases the fee payable to the Pharmacy Board of Tasmania in respect of (a) the issue of any annual certificate of registration to any pharmaceutical chemist from $145 to $165; and(b) an application for registration or renewal of registration of a pharmacy from $145 to $200; and(c) the issue of every certificate of identity from $30 to $50; and(d) the inspection of pharmacy services from $75 to $100.
