Optometrists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 1999

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Optometrists Registration Act 1994 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Optometrists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 1999 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Regulations

In these regulations, the Optometrists Registration (Fees) Regulations 1995 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.

4.    Schedule 1 amended (Fees)

Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting

Annual registration fee

20(1)(c) ;   36(2)(a)

400

and substituting:

Annual registration fee

20(1)(c) ;   36(2)(a)

425

These regulations increase the fee that is payable for annual registration under the Optometrists Registration Act 1994 .
