Proclamation under the Superannuation (Commonwealth Surcharge and Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1999
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Superannuation (Commonwealth Surcharge and Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1999 fix 2 October 1999 as the day on which sections 70, 73, 92 and 93 of that Act commence.
