Sewers and Drains (Brighton Urban Land Drainage District) Order 1999
I, on the recommendation of the Rivers and Water Supply Commission, make the following order under section 8(5) of the Sewers and Drains Act 1954 .

This order may be cited as the Sewers and Drains (Brighton Urban Land Drainage District) Order 1999 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Brighton Urban Land Drainage District
The "Brighton Stormwater Drainage District", appointed, defined and named by the order notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1977, No. 63, is renamed the "Brighton Urban Land Drainage District".
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 29 September 1999
This order is administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.
EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order)
This order alters the name of the "Brighton Stormwater Drainage District" to the "Brighton Urban Land Drainage District".
