Nursing (Fees) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1999
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Nursing Act 1995 .

These regulations may be cited as the Nursing (Fees) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1999 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Nursing (Fees) Regulations 1998 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Fees)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting item 4 and substituting:

These regulations prescribe the late fee for the purposes of section 50(2A) of the Nursing Act 1995 .
