Proclamation under the Legal Profession (Apprentice at Law) Amendment Act 1999

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Legal Profession (Apprentice at Law) Amendment Act 1999 fix 12 July 1999 as the day on which that Act, except sections 1, 2, 3 and 5, commences.

This proclamation fixes 12 July 1999 as the day on which the Legal Profession (Apprentice at Law) Amendment Act 1999 , except sections 1, 2, 3 and 5, commences. Sections 1, 2, 3 and 5 commenced on 14 May 1999.
