I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Year 2000 Information Disclosure Act 1999 fix 27 February 1999 as the day on which that Act is taken to have commenced.
