Local Government (Highways) Amendment Order 1998

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 23(2) of the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Local Government (Highways) Amendment Order 1998 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Order

In this order, the Local Government (Highways) Order 1994 is referred to as the Principal Order.

4.    Schedule 2 substituted

Schedule 2 to the Principal Order is revoked and the following Schedule is substituted:
