Land Use Planning and Approvals Order 1998

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 60 of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Land Use Planning and Approvals Order 1998 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 1 January 1999.

3.   Renewal of order

The Land Use Planning and Approvals Order 1996 is renewed for one year on and from 1 January 1999.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order is administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.
