Dangerous Goods (Fees) Regulations 1998
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Dangerous Goods Act 1998 .

These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Goods (Fees) Regulations 1998 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Dangerous Goods Act 1998 commences.
In these regulations,unit means (a) in the case of a solid, a tonne; or(b) in the case of a liquid or gas, a kilolitre.
The fees set out in Schedule 1 are prescribed as the fees that are payable under the Dangerous Goods (General) Regulations 1998 in respect of the matters to which they respectively relate.
The Dangerous Goods (Fees) Regulations 1992 are rescinded.

PART 1 - Inspection fees
