Shop Trading Hours Order 1998
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 8A(1) of the Shop Trading Hours Act 1984 .

This order may be cited as the Shop Trading Hours Order 1998 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Shop Trading Hours Act 1984 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. Schedule 1 amended (General holidays and local holidays)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended by omitting "28 December 1992" from clause 9(a) of Part I and substituting "28 December 1998".
