Proclamation under the Government Prices Oversight Amendment Act 1998
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Government Prices Oversight Amendment Act 1998 fix 1 July 1998 as the day on which that Act commences.
