Proclamation under the Hydro-Electric Corporation Amendment Act 1997

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Hydro-Electric Corporation Amendment Act 1997 fix 1 July 1998 as the day on which that Act commences.
