1. 

For –

(a) the lodgement of a strata plan for registration; and

(b) each additional lot shown on that strata plan

2. 

An application to amend a registered strata plan

An application to consolidate 2 or more strata plans

An application to cancel a strata plan

5. 

The lodgement of an application for the registration of the following:

(a) a staged development scheme;

(b) a community development scheme;

(c) for the conversion of an existing strata scheme into a staged development scheme

6. 

The lodgement of the final approved detail of a stage in a development scheme, or of an element in a community development scheme, where that stage or element is lodged separately from the scheme, or a fee is not payable for the lodgement of that element under the Land Titles (Fees) Regulations 1995  –

(a) where the number of lots in the scheme is 5 or less

$50

plus $50 for each lot in that stage or element

(b) where the number of lots in the scheme is more than 5

$370

plus $50 for each lot in that stage or element

7.

The registration of a variation to a staged development scheme or community development scheme

The registration of a dealing for the sale or disposal of land subject to a registered staged development scheme or a registered community development scheme
