Tasmanian State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order 1998
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 6 of the Tasmanian State Service Act 1984 .

This order may be cited as the Tasmanian State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order 1998 .
This order takes effect on 6 May 1998.
3. Tasmanian State Service Act 1984 amended
Schedule 1 to the Tasmanian State Service Act 1984 is amended as follows:(a) by omitting from Division 1 of Part 1 the item relating to the Department of Education, Community and Cultural Development and substituting the following item:
Department of Education, Training, Community and Cultural Development
Secretary
(b) by omitting from Division 1 of Part 1 the item relating to the Department of Vocational Education and Training.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order)
This order amends Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Tasmanian State Service Act 1984 by omitting the items relating to the Department of Education, Community and Cultural Development and the Department of Vocational Education and Training and substituting the item relating to the Department of Education, Training, Community and Cultural Development.
