Proclamation under the Trustee Amendment (Investment Powers) Act 1997
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Trustee Amendment (Investment Powers) Act 1997 fix –
23 March 1998(a) 1 April 1998 as the day on which that Act, other than section 6, commences; and(b) 1 July 1998 as the day on which section 6 of that Act commences.
