TT-Line Gaming Amendment Regulations 1997
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the TT-Line Gaming Act 1993 .

These regulations may be cited as the TT-Line Gaming Amendment Regulations 1997 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the TT-Line Gaming Regulations 1993 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 5 amended (Prescribed percentage)
Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting the following paragraphs:(a) 17% in respect of any gaming other than gaming by means of a gaming machine;(b) 27% in respect of gaming by means of a gaming machine.

These regulations amend the TT-Line Gaming Regulations 1993 by clarifying the prescribed percentages for the purposes of the TT-Line Gaming Act 1993 .
