Financial Management and Audit Order (No. 2) 1997
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 5(1) and (2) of the Financial Management and Audit Act 1990 .

This order may be cited as the Financial Management and Audit Order (No. 2) 1997 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Schedule 1 to Financial Management and Audit Act 1990 amended (Agencies to which this Act applies)
Schedule 1 to the Financial Management and Audit Act 1990 is amended by inserting after the item relating to Department of Primary Industry and Fisheries the following item:
Tourism Tasmania
Chief Executive Officer
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 24 September 1997
This order is administered in the Department of Treasury and Finance.

This order inserts Tourism Tasmania in the Schedule of Agencies to which the Financial Management and Audit Act 1990 applies.
