Inland Fisheries Amendment Regulations 1997
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 .

These regulations may be cited as the Inland Fisheries Amendment Regulations 1997 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Inland Fisheries Regulations 1996 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. Regulation 25 amended (Expiry of regulations)
Regulation 25 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "30 May 1997" and substituting "30 May 1998".

These regulations are administered in the Department of Environment and Land Management.

These regulations amend the Inland Fisheries Regulations 1996 by postponing the expiry of those regulations by 1 year to 30 May 1998.
