Consolidated Fund Appropriation (Supplementary Appropriation for 2018-19) Act 2019
An Act for the appropriation of money out of the Consolidated Fund for the service of the financial year ending on 30 June 2019 for the purpose of making contributions to Division 1, Department of Communities Tasmania, Division 3, Finance-General, Division 4, Department of Health and Division 5, Department of Justice, of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2018

Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Consolidated Fund Appropriation (Supplementary Appropriation for 2018-19) Act 2019 .
This Act is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2018.
3. Issue and appropriation of $217 915 000
(1) In respect of the financial year ending on 30 June 2019, the Treasurer may issue the sum of $217 915 000 out of the Consolidated Fund.(2) The sum specified in subsection (1) is appropriated.
(1) The sum of $20 000 000 is to be applied to Division 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2018 , Department of Communities Tasmania, representing a Recurrent Services appropriation.(2) The sum of $35 000 000 is to be applied to Division 3 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2018 , Finance-General, representing a Recurrent Services appropriation.(3) The sum of $105 000 000 is to be applied to Division 4 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2018 , Department of Health, representing a Recurrent Services appropriation.(4) The sum of $52 415 000 is to be applied to Division 4 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2018 , Department of Health, representing a Works and Services appropriation.(5) The sum of $5 500 000 is to be applied to Division 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2018 , Department of Justice, representing a Recurrent Services appropriation.
This Act expires on 30 June 2020.
