Consolidated Fund Appropriation (Supplementary Appropriation for 2015-16) Act 2016
An Act for the appropriation of money out of the Consolidated Fund for the service of the financial year ending on 30 June 2016 for the purpose of making contributions to Division 1, Department of Education, Division 2, Finance-General, Division 3, Department of Health and Human Services, Division 4, Department of Justice, Division 7, Department of Premier and Cabinet, Division 8, Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment and Division 9, Department of State Growth, of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2015
Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Consolidated Fund Appropriation (Supplementary Appropriation for 2015-16) Act 2016 .
This Act is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2015.
3. Issue and appropriation of $73 459 000
(1) In respect of the financial year ending on 30 June 2016, the Treasurer may issue the sum of $73 459 000 out of the Consolidated Fund.(2) The sum specified in subsection (1) is appropriated.
(1) The sum of $12 975 000 is to be applied to Division 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2015 , Department of Education, for the purposes of Works and Services.(2) The sum of $11 500 000 is to be applied to Division 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2015 , Finance-General, for the purposes of Recurrent Services.(3) The sum of $15 600 000 is to be applied to Division 3 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2015 , Department of Health and Human Services, for the purposes of Recurrent Services.(4) The sum of $11 660 000 is to be applied to Division 3 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2015 , Department of Health and Human Services, for the purposes of Works and Services.(5) The sum of $2 020 000 is to be applied to Division 4 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2015 , Department of Justice, for the purposes of Works and Services.(6) The sum of $5 579 000 is to be applied to Division 7 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2015 , Department of Premier and Cabinet, for the purposes of Recurrent Services.(7) The sum of $1 250 000 is to be applied to Division 8 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2015 , Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment, for the purposes of Recurrent Services.(8) The sum of $7 875 000 is to be applied to Division 9 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2015 , Department of State Growth, for the purposes of Recurrent Services.(9) The sum of $5 000 000 is to be applied to Division 9 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Consolidated Fund Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2015 , Department of State Growth, for the purposes of Works and Services.
This Act expires on 30 June 2017.
