These regulations –(a) prescribe the fees that are payable for certain applications for certificates under the Historic Cultural Heritage Act 1995 ; and(b) are made consequent on the repeal of the Historic Cultural Heritage Regulations 2016 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
