EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order)

(a) amends the Administrative Arrangements Order 2025 by –

(i) updating references to the Department of State Growth to Building Tasmania; and

(ii) transferring responsibility for certain Acts from the Department of Premier and Cabinet to the Department of Health; and

(b) further amends that Order, at a later date, by transferring responsibility for certain Acts from the Department of Premier and Cabinet to the Department of Justice.
