These regulations –(a) exclude certain activities from the definition of development in the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 ; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Land Use Planning and Approvals (Application of Act) Regulations 2014 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
