EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations, for the purposes of the Dairy Industry Act 1994 –(a) prescribe the components of "flavoured milk" and "modified milk"; and(b) prescribe fees in respect of the licensing of dairy farmers, manufacturers, processors and vendors; and(c) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Dairy Industry Regulations 2014 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
