EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

This proclamation, for the purposes of section 52A of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935  –

(a) clarifies a previously declared limited access road in relation to certain portions of the West Tamar Highway; and

(b) declares portions of certain roads to be places of access for the West Tamar Highway; and

(c) revokes a previous proclamation in relation to the West Tamar Highway.
