EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order)

This order amends the Administrative Arrangements Order 2024 by transferring responsibility for the administration of –

(a) certain Acts relating to Forestry from the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania to the Department of State Growth; and

(b) the Tourism Tasmania Act 1996 from the Department of State Growth to Tourism Tasmania; and

(c) the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 from the Minister for Transport to the Minister for Infrastructure.
