EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations –(a) prescribe forms for the purposes of the Criminal Investigation (Extra-Territorial Offences) Act 1987 ; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Criminal Investigation (Extra-Territorial Offences) Regulations 2013 under section 11(2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
