These regulations –(a) make provision in respect of powers and functions of directors, administrators and authorized officers of the Tasmanian Development Authority; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Tasmanian Development Regulations 2012 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
