EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe the requirements in relation to –(i) certain chemical products, including special precautions required for the handling and storing of certain poisons; and(ii) hormonal growth promotants; and(b) prescribe certain fees payable under the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Act 1995 ; and(c) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Regulations 2012 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
