These regulations –(a) prescribe certain fees for the purposes of the Pharmacy Control Act 2001 ; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Pharmacy Control (Fees) Regulations 2010 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
