EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe, for the purposes of the Water and Sewerage Industry (Community Service Obligation) Act 2009 , certain matters relating to the concession granted under that Act in certain circumstances; and(b) are made consequent on the repeal of the Water and Sewerage Industry (Community Service Obligation) Regulations 2009 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
